The interview process may include an initial HR discussion to understand my background, availability, and interest in the role.
This can be followed by a technical interview focusing on my skills in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, MySQL, and React.js, along with questions on core Java concepts, basic data structures, and problem-solving.
I may also be asked to explain my internship experience and projects, such as the Employee Management System, and demonstrate my understanding of full-stack development.
Finally, there could be a managerial or culture-fit round to assess communication skills, learning ability, and alignment with the team.
