The process started with a phone screen with the head of recruiting. I then met the CEO of the company. After two skype meetings I flew out to San Francisco to meet the team. It was two days in which I not only met/was interviewed by most of the people in the company, I also had to put together a presentation where I explained how I would tackle one of the company's biggest challenges. On the final day I presented my findings immediately before the technical co-founder presented his (he had been working on this same challenge for a couple of weeks).
It was a little bit intimidating but exciting at the same time. I felt it gave me a feel for how open and transparent the company culture was. I have been here for a little bit less than a year and I love it so far!
