I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at SouthState (Miami, FL) in Feb 2024
Interview
It was very simple and only contained a multitude of behavior questions. It was very straightforward if you have your behaviorals down. I was not sure if there would be technicals but it turned out there wasn’t.
Very behavioral based and laid back. Focused on personality more than technical ability which was reasonable given the position is for an internship. Overall a great experience not difficult or intimidating.
It was professional but if you keep it to a casual conversation it is much more comfortable. No technical questions were asked, just personal questions and behavioral questions. Dress professional and make sure to look up who the interviewers are before it.
