Southeast Lancaster Health Services interview questions

Emailed my resume, after 2 weeks I sent a follow-up email then right after the hiring manager at the dental office called me to come in for an interview, asked the normal interview questions and said she would definitely call me 3 days later and never did nor have I heard anything from her since and that was a month ago.
