Interview
Interview process went smoothly. One of the ladies who interviewed me though asked what I was looking for when it came to pay and I told her to which he then state, "Well you are just starting out". This then immediately left a negative taste in my mouth and I assumed they would low ball me after that. Shortly after I received a call from HR and they were very close to my original stated pay I wanted. I turned it down due to that it would not be an type of raise from I am currently making due to their prices of insurance. The HR lady basically would not accept that and was very pushy on well what can we do to get you to accept, tell me a number. I repeatedly told her I was unsure at that moment due to not having the numbers worked up in front of me but she continued to push. I was very thankful to get off the phone with her and that helped solidify my decision to turn this company down.
