First interview was done with the consultant regarding the current job status and benefits I was looking for. The second interview was done with the head of the business.
It took almost 2 weeks after the consultant interviewed me and came up to confirm for the next process of the interview.

Regarding the planning process, use of ERP (SAP) in the day today life with the transaction codes. The interview was quite in depth with few practical situations given.
