We understand why a 4-tier, 4-month interview process could be frustrating, however we have a responsibility to conduct due diligence to find the best candidate for a role. A comprehensive process with multiple stages allows candidates to demonstrate their abilities and for managers to evaluate them thoroughly. Consistent emails were sent to candidates to keep individuals updated on their application status.
The interviewers are chosen based on their qualifications and availability for a particular candidate, and may not reflect the overall diversity of the management or employee base. Interviewers of any gender or ethnicity are capable of conducting a fair interview process. We apologise if you felt this way. Standard interview techniques like providing constructive feedback or assessing a candidate’s response to challenging scenarios can feel pressurising. Professional interviewers aim to evaluate the candidate objectively based on their skills and qualifications alone.
