Before getting an interview, I had to submit writing samples, answer a written interview question, and perform tasks in Airtable. There were four people from the firm conducting the interview via Zoom. The attorney basically started out saying I probably wasn't the right fit because they're looking for a "unicorn." Most of the questions were basic interview questions except for these two: tell us about something that shaped or impacted you from your childhood & how would you describe the color blue to a blind person? They said they would notify me of their decision by the end of the following week, but they never provided an update (that was over a month ago).
