The interview process was extremely long, 3 round interviews about 45 min to an hour long. Very detailed questions a lot of background on work history. Upper mangent is very unorganized

Process basically consists of 2 interviews. The first interview they meet one on one, read a bunch of questions off a sheet they bring with them and write down your replies. I'd almost be certain this sheet is something they use across the company at all locations. The second interview consists of wage and hour negotiations as well as signing any papers and what not.
