I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Sparesbox
Interview
Initial phone interview went well, although there were some red flags about the company overall (I got the impression that the processes were very immature and it sounded like the developers are overworked). Second interview was one of the worst interview experiences I have had. The developer was really rude and seemed like he didn't want to be there. After this interview, I decided this isn't the type of environment I want to work in.

Question 1
- Initial phone interview centered around work experience and what you do in your current role etc.

Interview
I applied for this position online several years ago, was shortlisted, completed a skills exercise then went in for an interview. I didn't hear anything for two-and-a-half weeks after the interview, so I followed up and was told there were 'delays in the process' and that they were still planning on interviewing other candidates. That was the last I ever heard from Sparesbox. If you don't want to hire somebody, that's fine, but just tell them.

Interview
Good, informal interview. Plenty of room to explore ideas and chat. Overall a positive experience. Helpful and accomodating. Nice office too. Best to be familiar with the website and offerings prior to interview
