It was a lengthy process of multiple interviews and using their system that video records your answers I was able to redo them if needed, but it is not intuitive. After all that work I moved on to interview with one of the founders. He made the position sounds more important to the company and emphasized leadership skills, so during the next interview with 2 other people at the company I highlighted how I can contribute and where I have proven my leadership skills. They seemed confused and informed me that the role is more assisting in the video creation. They went with someone else because of those "reasons." I called out their inconsistency but there was no point in arguing about it from there. I believe they wanted a yes man and emphasis on man.
