Had multiple calls with recruiter, I applied for a Java position but they tried to get me into a C# SDET position instead. Decided against offer as training was unpaid.
1) Phone call to tell you what Sparta Global are about and discuss availability.
2) Complete online psychometric and technical test.
3) Never hear from them again despite spending hours going through all material provided and sitting down for about 2 hours to do both assessments
An absolutely useless company!

They do not accept post study visas. Other than that the interview was decent till that point. Lovely guy.it was only the first interview so can’t really judge the whole process.
