      ServiceNow Developer Interview

      Sep 10, 2025
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Washington, DC
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Spatial Front (Washington, DC)

      Interview

One call with a recruiter who was great, call with team lead who was punctual and very prepared. I was told to expect an offer letter and instead got an email after hours stating that I would need to come in for an in-person interview the next week (no one had ever mentioned this was even an option) and the position was remote). I explained that i couldn't come in that next week because of my job/family but could try to come in another time or would be happy to meet the team once I'd started. The recruiter told me it wasn't optional and apologized saying leadership had changed the requirements halfway through the process. I dropped out at that point, clearly something weird was going on between leadership and the recruiters because the process was changed so randomly and the recruiters seemed very annoyed and disappointed with their own comapny. Bizarre experience.
