Headhunter through LinkedIn. Was asked to send my CV by email then an online interview with the People and Culture Senior Manager was scheduled. A very decent person who knows how to run an interview, how to ask questions that will help you open up about your thinking. Interview experience was very positive.
Within the same day I was contacted again for a final interview with the CBDO which I agreed to have. The recruiter kept calling several times before the interview just to make sure that I will be there on time etc. It seemed he was a bit scared of him. It didn't take me long before I knew why. The interviewer was very vulgar, very aggressive, overly stressed, kept interrupting me while I speak. Only 4 questions where asked. He was unable to run an interview or didn't know what to ask. Horrible interview experience. I was unhappy that I thought about ending the interview from my side several times through the call.
