Special Funds Conservation Committee interview questions

The hiring process took about 3 weeks. First I got a phone call from HR telling me about the position and scheduled an interview. Then, I had an interview with an HR representative which was more like a conversation rather than an interview. They asked me to write out a memo. Finally, I was asked to come in for a second interview with the COO of the company. The interview questions were mostly all extracted from my resume.

It was very laid back, which is pretty much the environment in the office. It really is just HR telling you about the job and your daily responsibility so they can gage if you can handle the position.
