Coding challenge was fun, interview with recruiter was pretty good. Recruiter decided that I likely wasn’t qualified but might fit in a level below senior. He gave me the Senior challenge anyways as a chance to prove myself. The day it was due, he called saying the only open position was for a senior, and this likely wouldn’t result in an offer so I didnt even bother turning in the report. I enjoyed the challenge (exploiting a .NET windows service and some tabletop scenarios) but apparently didn't have enough ego to impress the recruiter.
I applied online. I interviewed at SpecterOps in Aug 2024
Interview
It’s a lengthy process designed to vet qualified candidates, well worth it. Interviewing for a position with the appropriate level of experience will make the process straightforward. Interviewers are personable and generally pleasant to talk to (with a good sense of humor).
