Interview
Saw an add on Craigslist and applied. Got a call about a week later. Was invited to an interview with the director of dining services, where we talked about my experience and what would be expected of me. Took a tour of the property/ with a focus on the kitchen/dining room. Got a call about a week later with job offer. Had to pass a background check and drug test before I could start. Took like a month waiting for the tests to come through before i could actually work. First couple days were spent testing on food safety, HIPPA, kitchen equipment/chemical safety.
