They make you write essays to prove you are geniunly interested. After that a 90 min challenge fairly complicated to solve within 90 mins as they have unit tests some of them are reasonable, some are not as these tests assume the problem will be solved in only a specific way. Solved the challenge 90% the difference was it was not exactly matching the display as expected and only one small thing was incorrect. The some tests failed for a reason that it was expecting the data to be parsed in certain ways. I am not sure why it should be a deal breaker as it's a time bound for 90 mins, I doubt the evaluator even ran my code or even take a look at it. I also wonder who ever has created this test what was his credentials or how he joined this company at first. Very disappointed as I spent too much time in write up and the test. It's not a worth of shot.
