I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Speechpad (Nairobi) in Jun 2014
Interview
It was short and easy. The interview was basically meant to test my skills. Anyone with basic transcription skills should pass this test. They also asked for confidentiality qualifications, hence ensuring that you provide your location by filling out a form. As far as the basic qualification is concerned, the Speechpad Support team shows leniency because once you fail the test the first time, they allow you to redo it for a maximum three times.
