Interview
Interview process is very interesting. They start with general aptitude test and an emotional intelligence test before going any further. Strong analysis of your technical strength and project experience is taken into account. Finally you are give a practical test based on your experience and knowledge in order to make the final call.

Interview
Submit the resume through email. After two weeks, I got a call from HR. A interview was setup next week. Pay was not discussed at first.
In the interview, basics and normal questions were asked. After that waited for 2 more weeks and got the call from HR stating that I did very well in interview and I am selected for a job, and was asked to join same week. But the pay was not informed until I asked and it was very less.
