Pretty standard process recruiter phone screen, 1st round technical phone screen, virtual "onsite." Unfortunate the engineering team does not have a well thought out interview process. Interviewers asked whatever questions that came to mind and most were just repeated tell me about yourself questions and not well prepared or thoughtfull. None of the interview questions were about how I would solve problems relevant to the job, which is unfortunate.
