Applied through the school website and then was contact for an on campus behavioral interview. The on campus interview was done with Brittney, the hiring manager, and Zach, a project manager. Zach was a chemical engineer and described the technical aspect of the company to me while Brittney gave me a feel of the great culture! The next interview was at the Houston office to meet other leaders.Laid back interview.
