Very friendly, open, casual. Was very open about the role and what would be involved. Answered questions very genuinely. It was a busy environment but the people seemed very ncie.
They tell you to finish a two-page worksheet before the first screening. There were two screenings: in the first, you teach the other candidates and evaluators a lesson, and then they give you feedback. For the second screening, you have to incorporate the feedback into your plan. Even though you don't need a teaching background, it is very obvious that they prefer it and will give you a hard time if you cannot explain it as well as the other candidates.
