I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at SponsorUnited (Indianapolis, IN) in Nov 2017
Interview
You will receive recruitment email from the HR and interview will be scheduled, I had three rounds. The 1st and 2nd were with the regional manager and then the last one was with the HR manager. However, it was easy as long as you love sport and willing to learn.
The interview itself was very straightforward. The questions were simple and didn’t go too deep, and the overall format felt more like a large group session than a true one-on-one interview. It wasn’t challenging at all — more of a broad, introductory conversation than anything that really tested experience or problem-solving.

Application
I applied online. I interviewed at SponsorUnited (Atlanta, GA) in Apr 2025
Interview
Group interview with one other candidate. You get to choose who interviews you and schedule it yourself. Fairly normal interview and questions asked at every job. Took 2 1/2 months for them to reach back out after the second round interview. I thought they had moved on but got a call in the beginning of July for a July to December internship.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What general experience did I previously have could I apply to the job.
I had 2 one-on-one virtual interviews that were pretty basic, run-of-the-mill type interviews. They asked me the basic interview questions like, "What's your greatest strength/weakness?" etc. Overall, the interview process was fast and not too complicated.
