Applied and didn't hear for ages. Then had a telephone interview followed by face to face in club The telephone interview lasted 20 minutes and covered usual style skill set questions. The face to face felt less formal and seemed based on personality and ability to deal with certain situations. Also got to see the club from a staff members perspective.
