I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Spotlight in Jan 2024
Interview
This interview process took me about 3 months to complete and I got all the way to the final interview before getting told I was not getting an offer. After the first three interviews, they planned for me to come in to do the final interview, then canceled it 4 days before saying they had a "change in business needs." Then a month later they emailed me back saying they would be "honored" to have me come back for the final interview (not sure what happened there). This whole process was extremely stress-inducing and I would not recommend interviewing unless you are confident that you will have a PERFECT interview. The salary is not worth the stress. Goodluck if you have an interview with them.

Interview
Interview process was long and misleading. Multiple rounds of interviews with a presentation at the end for them to take weeks to get back to you with an answer. Interviewers were nice but the process was long and exhausting especially to not get an offer at the end of it all.

Interview
Very kind and patient, took the time to really explain the role, and have a fast response rate. This is a specific job role but they do a good job of knowing if you're a good fit or not.
