My interview was very short and I felt like the interviewer didn't care too much about my interview and seemed very standoffish on the phone and made it super fast for me to really sell myself. Was only asked 2 questions and was told about the position and pay rate. I thought the interview turned out fine considering I was only asked 2 questions and the interviewer told me I answered all her questions based on my responses, but received an email a couple of days later that I did not get the position.

I see openings for the IVF nurse coordinator role all the time. I’ve applied several times to this job, interviewed and was rejected. The interviews were behavior questions and there were a total of 4, 3 of which were back to back. For the most part, the interviewers were ok, but there was one that didn’t really seem that interested during my entire interview. The communication throughout the whole process was…interesting and could be pretty tone deaf at times. At this point I’m honestly wondering how likely they are to actually hire anyone for this role.

Interview
I didn’t have the opportunity to connect with the interviewer because I was also on speakerphone the whole time for mine so it seemed standoffish and impersonal. Interviewer asked maybe two questions total before talking about the next steps of the interview process. A few days later I get an email that they went with a different candidate.
