I interviewed with Spring Health, starting with a recruiter and then moving on to a couple of managers. The initial Zoom call was a bit awkward since I was the only one with my camera on, making the conversation feel one-sided. During the interview, there was a noticeable lack of flow, and responses often felt generic and disconnected. Even though I was still interested in the role, the follow-up was challenging, as I had to chase them for updates. Overall, it was a less-than-ideal experience.
