      Interview

All negative reviews are REAL. The recruiter is arrogant and seems angry probably because they work off hours. They are phishing your ideas, instead of really hiring someone. Some job posting are here for months and I don’t think they have a poor candidate pool. They can hire someone within 2-3 weeks if they really need that person given this job market. It is so ironic that their business is focusing on mental health.

      Interview

AVOID THIS COMPANY. Please see all the other glassdoor data science related reviews, everyone talks about how this company is just fishing for ideas and is not serious about bringing candidates on board. I naively thought that this wouldn't happen to me. I was rejected after the case study and product interviews, despite feeling (trying to be objective here) that I did really well on the case study. I've done forecasting for a while so I had a very reasonable process and solution. Anyway, companies and people like this don't deserve your time, there are way better options out there. And if you still interview despite the above, don't say you weren't warned. 1. HR Phone Screen 2. Tech Screen - SQL, Schema design, Tell me about a project 3. Case Study - Given a forecasting problem the company is facing, how would you develop a solution 4. Discussion with product stakeholder (this was scheduled at the same time as the case study).

      Interview

Recruiter reached out to schedule an interview for the role. Confirmed date/time after scheduling, but never showed up, and did not reply to follow up email. Not a healthy indicator of company culture or dynamics.
