I had found the listing on a major job board. Once I applied, I was called in for an interview within one week, and had my first interview with the President of the firm. He was very informative about what was required of the position and about the company as well. After a successful first interview, I was invited for a second interview, where I was interviewed by four different department managers. It seemed like a very pleasant working environment, as I was greeted warmly by all staff members whom I came across. After the second interview, I received a call from the firm's accountant, who asked me about financial background. A few days later I received a call from the President with the good news.
