Two step interview process. You'll meet with the manager Chris first. If he likes you, then you'll be invited back for a second interview with an account manager. Then, you'll hear back from someone to let you know if you got the job.

Very nice atmosphere, people who worked here seemed very happy. everyone smiled and the hiring manager was really nice. the interview questions are very basic. why do you want to work here.. strengths? weaknesses?
