Interview
Interview with 2 principals in the FL office. 45 minutes. I explained my background and capabilities. They explained what Spring 11 does. No role specifics because they were high up. After the interview, I never heard back... Reached out to the HR employee that coordinated everything multiple times and never heard back.
First round - Simple questions asking about your background and what you want to do in the future. Very conversational, and not extremely formal. Can't say much past this point because I did not make it past the first round.

Interview
First round 30 min interview with a hiring manager. Simple take-home excel modeling quiz. Final round meeting with the head asset manager. Both interviews were more conversational rather than standard interview questioning.
