In a nutshell, I was ghosted and my time was wasted. Had initial screening interview. Then asked to complete a writing assignment and given two hours to complete. Then I interviewed with person who would be direct supervisor. Then they scheduled another interview for Christmas Eve, despite me telling them I wasn't available. Less than 12 hours before that interview, I received an email at 10pm the night before from some guy saying the interview was cancelled and someone would contact me after the new year. Didn't hear from anyone so I reached out to them. Nothing. Emailed them again. Still nothing. So to sum up, they wasted my time, demonstrated horrible HR professionalism by ghosting me, and made me realize I dodged a bullet. Don't waste your time with this organization.
