One phone interview, followed by a video conference interview with one of the partners. The phone interview was around ~20 minutes long, and the video conference interview took about an hour.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Springhill Consulting Group (Chicago, IL) in Mar 2024
Interview
Little to non-existent. I spoke with the office manager (who was fired by the end of my interview process) and then spoke to an SVP who was actually quite pleasant. Finally had maybe one more conversation with the CEO, which was interesting to say the least. It took under 2 weeks, which was nice, but was probably the easiest interview ever. Now they do not really care about skills as they choose to mold/micromanage you into oblivion.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Springhill Consulting Group (Chicago, IL) in Oct 2020
Interview
The interview process consisted of a few phone calls, starting with HR and then moving onto the senior analysts (eventual peers). It was painless and informative. The research aspect of the job seems tough, and this was marked in the interview.
