It woun't take much to get hired here because most of the hard working staff left. If you desperately need a job then the interview should go smoothly and you'll get it! If your are or want to be laser techician be perpard to also do wax and brows for a few months before you even get laser training. You have to wait for the "laser trainer" to train you which takes months and on their own time.
