The first interview was a phone conversation get to know me. I was next asked if I could meet for a in person interview at a popular coffee shop. The in person interview was illuminating to say the least. This is a mom and pop shop who seemingly is very inexperienced in the marketing side of their business. When I asked specific questions about the roll, the owners answers confirmed they are figuring out as they go. After the interview, I did some further research about the company and it’s owners. It proved to me that this is a Mickey Mouse operation and not where I wanted to take my career.

We met at a Panera Bread and had a rather unorthodox interview there. Both Steve and Linda were very easy to talk to and seemed like they had their stuff together.
