First time I met this company in a job fair. The representative told me that the company only hires German speaking developers. So I quickly turned away.
Next time a manager of them contacted me saying that he was interested in my profile and wants to have an interview. He said there's no such thing as "German speaking only" and that English speaking developers are also welcomed if they can pass the interview! Questions was a list of abbreviations and their meanings. I answered one by one. I kept saying that this is not a good way to show my skills. There are things beyond just memorizing some letters and their meanings. But the person kept asking nevertheless until I couldn't answer one because I really couldn't remember this one.
