The whole process was very smooth, structured, enjoyable, and fast; I liked it very much. It consisted of a 30 min phone screening call with the recruiter, video call with two people from HR, and then an onsite interview with a few members from a team (hiring managers, HR, etc.) that lasted around 2.5 - 3 hours together with the friendly office tour. The atmosphere was relaxed, and everyone was happy to answer all of my questions and give me a better insight into Spryker.
