I was contacted through Linkedin with a complete detailed job offer. After I agreed to be contacted, I sent my email, and C.V. A first informal meeting was arranged with the director. It was a nice chat with general questions. I passed this interview and a technical interview was booked afterward. I had to answer questions related to Design Patterns, Object Oriented Programming, Clean Code, query optimizations, and Queues. I passed this tech interview and had to prepare a talk about REST API with a practical example. I also passed this step and was contacted by the Talent Acquisition Manager to let me know that everything was ok and that the final interview was with the Chief Customer office. That was the time we talked about salary. The offer was according to the average salary in Italy for my position with 20% more than the mean salary for that position . I accepted the offer. The whole process took about 2 months. They were all super professional and welcoming and I never felt weird or under pressure. The onboarding process is great! They already have every step you have to follow to be fully on board and there is even a People and Culture group to help you from the first day. I'm super happy to be part of the herd!
