I had one interview with senior design manager for 30 minutes and was asked questions about work experience in game design. He was pretty relaxed throughout the call and then told me about the company at the end.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Squanch Games in Jul 2023
Interview
Was a rather nice interview. Could tell that the people working there were very passionate about their jobs and the High on Life game they were working on at the time.
Super fast response times which was greatly appreciated. Applying, scheduling, interviewing, and then receiving their decision took about a week total. Interview felt mostly like a conversation, but the interviewer definitely had some planned questions to check off the list before we ended (understandable).
