After submitting my application I had a short phone conversation followed by a 30 minute Skype call with the CEO. I was invited to a face-to-face interview the following week. The interview was in parts, first the "formal" interview, then some time with the team I'd be managing, followed by a technical assessment and some problem solving. Really comprehensive and I liked that it was a team effort to make sure the fit was right. I was made an offer there and then, and I accepted :)
