      Application

      I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at St. Dominic (Rockland, NY) in Sep 2012

      Interview

      You are given a sheet with scenarios on what you would do on several cases. One example is if the consider acts up before a schedule trip out, would you still allow them to go our would they stay back. The right answer is let them go. That's the weirdest strategy ever as I've learn if they just had a crisis the possibility of them acting up is more elevated, but no they are still allowed to go as the concept of rewards and consequences eludes them. This should not be the case in my opinion regardless of the severity of their intellectual disability. Anyhow, my two cents
