The application to submit was an online process in which the county posted on their website and you applied online and submitted online. Once the last date in which you could apply past then it was about 2 weeks later that I received my phone call for an interview. The interview was set out another 2 weeks from the call. I went to the building and in the IT department for the interview. The supervisor who would be in charge of the intern this summer was one of the interviewers and the other interviewer was another unit supervisor. They asked questions related to my resume and school work I have completed and what kind of programming languages I know. They also asked other questions related to information security and customer service due to the profession. They said whoever they were considering to hire they would have to do a background check before they could offer them the position as well. Two days after the interview I received a call and was offered the job in the condition that I passed a drug test first and then I could formally accept the job.
