Interview was very friendly. HR sent information about the topics that would be discussed prior to interview. Interviewers asked a lot about personal experiences in prior jobs, and about me as a person

I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at St. Michael's House (Dublin, Dublin) in Oct 2020
Interview
Panel interview with three people. The interview is Competency based. Each person asks approx 4 questions each.
The interviewers were nice and clarified any questions. I did find they asked very broad questions eg tell me about a time you facilitated a group. Overall if you have experience the interview shouldn’t be too difficult. If it’s a first time role it can be difficult to give answers.
