Online aptitude test followed by oral interview. The process takes around 3 weeks from start to completion. For the aptitude test, I can say you need to prepare thoroughly especially on the numerical test. You need to be faster in answering questions because time is very limited. You will have around 100 questions to answer in 30minutes.
