I interviewed for two analyst roles. My experience with the talent acquisition team has been very positive. However, my experience with the hiring managers was disappointing. They rejected after 2-3 weeks only after a 30 minute hiring manager interview for both roles, even when the interview went really well, my qualifications met or exceeded the requirements in the job description and I had adtech experience. I self-evaluated my interviews after writing down a summary and comparing answers with ideal ones and did not find any reason why I wouldn’t even be given a chance to show my skills in a technical round. Questions were very general related to my background and interest in the company, and the interview wasn’t really hard. I think the company actively discriminates against people with disabilities such as stutter, neurodivergence, and anxiety. 30 minutes isn’t enough time to reasonably make a no hire decision, especially considering the questions they ask are super easy and open-ended. I also had the interviewer switch for my first role and was informed a few hours before the interview and I felt like the research I had done on the previous interviewer and their team went to waste. I wouldn’t advise interviewing with this company since they either discriminate or don’t know what they want (I think it’s both).
