I went through two interview rounds: an HR phone screen first, then a chat with the Hiring Manager.
We spent most of the time talking about my most impactful project. After I shared the details, our conversation drifted away from what the role is looking for. This role leans heavily into Go-to-Market work, but I mainly covered data pipeline construction, dashboard development, how I drove actionable insights from data, plus several AI projects I’ve led.
The interviewer kept asking layered follow-up questions, so we ended up diving really deep into technical data work. Overall, my experience set didn’t match the core demands of this GTM-focused opening.
