Standard interview process consisting of 3 stages: hr screening, interview with hiring manager, performance presentation to a panel. Overall process was smooth, and I felt like every step of the process was communicated perfectly. Only on the last stage, I have been ghosted by nearly everyone. Considering the >15h work I've put into that presentation deck, this was very unprofessional and showed how incompetent the hiring team truly is. Not a good look...
