The interview request came quickly after my application had been submitted. I had a part time job at the time. They worked with me to meet at a time that was more convenient for me.
I was interviewed by two of the call center supervisors. They asked questions about customer service practices. They explained what their company does. They asked about my previous employment.
They asked the usual interview questions, such as
"Tell us about a difficult time at your old job."
"What did you learn about customer service at your previous job?"
After the interview, I was assigned online assessments for customer service, integrity, computer skills, etc.
After I was hired, there was a drug test.
The training lasted about a month.
I quickly advanced positions within the company.
