Interview
After being referred by a current employee, I was contacted by the recruiter to do a phone interview. The phone interview took approximately 15-20 minutes and covered typical first contact items, such as overview of background, salary requirements, and understanding of the position and company. The phone interview went well and the recruiter set an appointment for me to talk with the hiring manager. Before the appointment with the hiring manager the recruiter followed up and stated that they noticed I do not have a bachelor's degree and that that they require a degree without exception, regardless of experience and ability.

Three round interview that was thorough and with the right people involved. Moved through the process in a timely manner. Good group of people and good interview questions. Also, took a personality test.

Long interview process, several interviews, an online personality assessment. It was definitely more of a conversation than quizzing you on industry specifics. Be prepared to have to schedule several different interviews with different people.
